Team Zubricki trains as a team and works as a team!

SERVPRO of West Loop/Bucktown/Greektown, proud to be a part of Team Zubricki, believes that ongoing training is the key to successful restorations for all of our clients. We recently took part in an extensive training program held in Chicago that included our Florida SERVPRO team members.

Al and Anthony Zubricki of our local franchise are dedicated to all restoration projects in the area. They strive to bring the team together to provide residents and business owners with the best in terms of mitigation, restoration, and construction. Continually updating our job knowledge is why large-scale training events like this one in Chicago are essential to bringing out the best in all of our staff.

We set up inside our recently constructed, sizable, centralized warehouse in Chicago to accommodate our group for the recent training. During the educational and team building event, the training seminar was split into segments for our:

• Sales staff
• Office staff
• Production staff

We were also lucky to have members who could not attend in person tap into training via Microsoft teams. It is this ongoing training as well as regular IICRC certifications that bring out the best in each one of our staff. Our employees gain valuable knowledge and skills while enjoying our incredible company culture by coming together like this.
