Our Team Wins The 2020 Bronze Sales and Service Award

While their parent company SERVPRO Industries LLC, maintains a high standard of service for every job a franchise works on, we deliver the highest standard possible to every residential and commercial restoration service job. At the Annual Convention held this year at Disney World in Orlando, FL, we were honored with the Bronze Icon Award for Outstanding Sales and Service, ranking in the top 15 out of over 1850 franchises. That means this SERVPRO location not only meets the highest standards expected but consistently delivers top tier assistance for every client. This SERVPRO franchise has always been in the top 100 franchises every year since 2012. We are proud of the dedication of our production, sales, and office members of our team. Helping the West Loop Community

The team works hard to ensure their West Loop neighbors have 24/7 access to professional restoration services. When they are not working, the organization donates to raise money and awareness for various charitable causes within the community, such as the American Red Cross, Salvation Army, and NAIFA Chicago Southland. Also, Pat Zubricki is on the Board of the Children’s Museum in Oaklawn, a venue that creates hands-on learning for children of all ages and abilities.
